Road to 50K GTA VI Ultimate Edition Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organizer and sponsor is RNG Media S.L., operating the 6 Insider brand and the Instagram account @six.insider, referred to in these Rules as the Sponsor. Questions about the Promotion may be submitted through the contact page.

2. Promotion name and purpose

The promotion is called the Road to 50K GTA VI Ultimate Edition Giveaway, referred to as the Promotion. It is a free promotional prize draw intended to celebrate the growth of the 6 Insider community. It is not a lottery, paid raffle or gambling product. No payment, purchase, subscription or donation is required to enter or win.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion begins when the official giveaway post is published on @six.insider. Entries close at the earlier of the following events:

• The first time the public follower count displayed for @six.insider reaches 50,000 followers.
• 18 November 2026 at 23:59 Central European Time.

The Sponsor may retain a screenshot or platform record showing when the 50,000-follower threshold was reached. Comments posted after the applicable closing event are not eligible. If @six.insider reaches 50,000 followers on or before the fixed deadline, entries close immediately when the threshold is reached and the draw proceeds under Section 8. If the account has not reached 50,000 followers by 18 November 2026 at 23:59 Central European Time, the Promotion ends automatically with no draw, no winner and no prize.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry and when the prize is awarded:

• Are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority in their place of residence.
• Have a valid Instagram account that complies with Instagram rules.
• Live in a country or territory where the Promotion, their participation and delivery of the prize are lawful.
• Can lawfully receive and use the prize.
• Have access to a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X or Series S console and a corresponding account in a supported store region.
• Can provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

The Promotion is void where it is prohibited, where the Sponsor would be required to register, obtain a permit, post a bond or make a filing that the Sponsor has not completed, where trade or economic sanctions prevent participation or delivery, or where the relevant digital storefront does not support delivery of the prize.

Employees, directors and contractors of RNG Media S.L., anyone professionally connected with administration of the Promotion, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Automated accounts, giveaway-only bot networks and entries submitted on another person's behalf are not eligible.

5. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, an entrant must complete both steps:

1. Follow the Instagram account @six.insider.
2. Leave a comment on the official giveaway post containing the standalone word “VI”. Capitalization is ignored.

The entrant must continue following @six.insider until eligibility has been checked. A like, Story share or friend tag is appreciated but is not required and does not create an additional entry.

Only one entry is allowed per person and Instagram account. If an entrant leaves several comments, only one eligible entry will be counted. No purchase is necessary. Internet or mobile-data charges imposed by an entrant's provider are the entrant's responsibility.

6. Entry representations

By entering, each entrant represents and confirms that:

• The entrant has read and accepts these Rules.
• The entrant is at least 18 years old and has reached legal majority where they live.
• Any residence, platform and regional information later provided for verification and delivery is accurate.
• The entrant is the authorized user of the Instagram account used to enter.
• The entry does not use false information, impersonation, automation or manipulation.
• The entrant is legally eligible to participate and receive the prize.

An entrant who makes an inaccurate eligibility declaration may be disqualified even if selected initially.

7. Invalid entries and disqualification

The Sponsor may reject or disqualify an entry that is incomplete, late, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, submitted through multiple accounts controlled by the same person, or inconsistent with these Rules. The Sponsor may also disqualify anyone who attempts to manipulate the follower count, comment count, selection process or verification process, or who harasses the Sponsor, another entrant or a selected winner.

Routine unfollowing after entry makes the entrant ineligible if the entrant is not following @six.insider when verification occurs. A temporary platform outage or display delay will be evaluated using records reasonably available to the Sponsor.

8. Winner selection

Only if @six.insider reaches 50,000 followers by the deadline will the Sponsor collect the eligible comments and use a random comment-selection tool or another verifiable random method to select one provisional winner. Duplicate comments from the same entrant will be filtered so each eligible person has no more than one chance of selection. The random draw and public announcement of the provisional winner will occur within three business days after the 50,000-follower threshold is reached and entries close.

The selected person is only a provisional winner until all eligibility checks are completed. The Sponsor may record the draw, retain an entry export and publish a selection certificate or screen recording to demonstrate that selection was random. If the 50,000-follower threshold is not reached by the deadline, the selection process will not take place.

9. Winner notification and response deadline

The Sponsor will contact the provisional winner by direct message from the official Instagram account @six.insider. The Sponsor may also reply to the original comment asking the winner to check direct messages. The provisional winner must respond within 48 hours after the first direct message is sent unless the Sponsor grants a written extension.

The Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, purchase anything, disclose a password, provide a one-time login code, provide bank credentials or send cryptocurrency. Messages from lookalike accounts are not valid winner notifications.

If the provisional winner does not respond in time, cannot receive direct messages, is ineligible, refuses reasonable verification, provides inconsistent information or cannot lawfully receive the prize, the Sponsor may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate winner.

10. Age, identity and eligibility verification

Every entrant self-certifies that they are at least 18 years old by entering. The Sponsor does not verify the age of every entrant. The Sponsor will verify the eligibility of the provisional winner before delivering the prize.

The provisional winner may be required to provide some or all of:

• Full legal name.
• Date of birth.
• Country of residence.
• Email address used for prize delivery.
• Chosen platform and platform-store country or region.
• A signed electronic declaration confirming age, residence and compliance with these Rules.
• A brief live video check showing proof of age.
• A redacted image of a government-issued identity document showing only the minimum information reasonably required, normally name, date of birth and issuing country.

If a redacted identity document is requested, the winner should conceal information that is not requested, including the document number, personal identification number, full street address, signature, machine-readable zone, barcode and access codes. The Sponsor may ask the winner to reveal a photograph during a live check only when reasonably necessary to confirm that the document belongs to the person presenting it. The Sponsor will not ask the winner to send an unredacted identity document through Instagram.

The Sponsor may offer a less intrusive verification method where it provides reasonable assurance. Verification materials will be used only to administer the Promotion, prevent fraud, confirm eligibility, comply with law and resolve a genuine dispute. Any identity-document image received will be deleted promptly after verification, normally within seven days and no later than 30 days, unless retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for an active dispute or investigation. The Sponsor may retain a simple record that verification was completed without retaining the document image.

A provisional winner who is under 18, is not legally an adult where they live, cannot substantiate eligibility, provides altered or misleading evidence, or declines all reasonable verification options will not receive the prize. An alternate winner may then be selected.

11. Prize

If and only if @six.insider reaches 50,000 followers by the deadline, one verified winner will receive one digital copy of Grand Theft Auto VI Ultimate Edition for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X or Series S, according to the winner's valid platform selection. The anticipated retail value is USD 99.99 or the corresponding local storefront price. Actual value may vary by country, currency, tax and storefront pricing. If the threshold is not reached by the deadline, no prize will be awarded.

The Sponsor may deliver the prize using a region-compatible digital game code, the platform's official gifting feature, or region-compatible PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store or Xbox account credit sufficient to purchase the specified edition. The delivery method is chosen by the Sponsor based on platform and regional availability. Store credit supplied as a substitute may be used according to the platform provider's terms.

The winner must provide the correct platform and account-store region before the Sponsor purchases or sends the prize. Digital codes and store credit may be region restricted, single use, non-transferable and non-refundable after disclosure. The Sponsor is not responsible for an incorrect platform or region supplied by the winner.

The prize does not include a console, internet access, online subscription, accessories, optional future content or any other item unless expressly stated. No cash alternative is available at the winner's request. If the advertised edition cannot reasonably be delivered because of storefront restrictions, sanctions, withdrawal, cancellation or circumstances outside the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may provide equivalent platform credit or a substitute prize of equal or greater value where lawful.

12. Prize delivery

The Sponsor will normally deliver the prize by email or direct message within ten business days after successful verification and receipt of all delivery information. The winner is responsible for checking spam folders and safeguarding the code. The Sponsor may require written confirmation that the prize was received.

A code is considered delivered when sent to the email address or Instagram account confirmed by the winner. If a code supplied by an authorized seller is technically invalid before redemption, the winner must notify the Sponsor promptly with reasonable evidence so the Sponsor can investigate. The Sponsor is not responsible for a code that is redeemed, disclosed, resold, lost or compromised after valid delivery.

13. Taxes and costs

The Sponsor is responsible for taxes imposed directly on the Sponsor as organizer where required by law. The winner is responsible for any personal tax reporting, tax liability, currency difference, internet charge or incidental cost arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where applicable law requires the Sponsor to bear or withhold that amount. The Sponsor may request information reasonably required to meet a legal or tax-reporting obligation.

14. Privacy and personal data

RNG Media S.L. is the controller of personal data collected directly for this Promotion. The Sponsor may process an entrant's Instagram username, public entry comment and follow status. For a provisional winner, the Sponsor may additionally process legal name, date of birth, country, email address, platform choice, storefront region, eligibility declaration, verification status, communications and prize-delivery records.

Data is processed to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, select and contact a winner, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, maintain an audit record, comply with tax and legal duties, and handle complaints or disputes. Legal bases may include performance of the Promotion terms, compliance with legal obligations and the Sponsor's legitimate interests in operating a fair and secure promotion.

Access is limited to people and service providers who need the data for those purposes. Relevant providers may include Instagram or Meta, the random-selection service, email and hosting providers, professional advisers, tax authorities and the digital storefront or authorized retailer used to deliver the prize. Each external platform processes data under its own privacy terms.

Entry and winner-administration records will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the Promotion, a complaint, an audit and applicable legal or tax obligations. Identity-document images are subject to the shorter deletion period in Section 10. Entrants may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights available under applicable data-protection law through the contact page. A person in the European Economic Area may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. See the site's privacy policy.

15. Winner announcement and publicity

If the 50,000-follower threshold is reached by the deadline, the Sponsor will announce the provisional winner's Instagram username on @six.insider within three business days after the threshold is reached and entries close. The Sponsor may later announce the verified winner's Instagram username and country on 6 Insider for transparency. No full legal name, date of birth, email address or identity document will be published. Where applicable law requires separate consent for additional promotional use of a winner's name, image, voice or testimonial, the Sponsor will request that consent separately. Refusal of optional publicity will not affect the award of the prize.

16. Platform and brand disclaimers

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from claims arising out of or related to the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Promotion is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation, Microsoft, Xbox, Amazon or any retailer used to obtain the prize. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the prize only and does not imply partnership or approval.

17. Technical problems and changes

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries or messages that are lost, delayed, hidden, filtered, corrupted or unavailable because of an Instagram outage, account setting, network failure or other technical issue outside the Sponsor's reasonable control. If fraud, manipulation, platform failure or another event materially affects fairness or operation of the Promotion, the Sponsor may pause, modify, extend, suspend or cancel the Promotion to the minimum extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

If the Promotion is changed, the Sponsor will publish a clear notice on @six.insider and, where practical, on 6 Insider. No change will be used to avoid awarding a prize after the 50,000-follower threshold has been validly reached, unless awarding it has become unlawful or impossible for reasons outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, platform downtime, incompatible hardware, an entrant's incorrect region or platform information, a winner's misuse or disclosure of a delivered code, or acts and omissions of independent platform providers and retailers.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving an entrant of mandatory protections that apply in the entrant's country of residence. The parties should first attempt to resolve a complaint in good faith through the contact page. Any court provision in these Rules is subject to mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. General terms

The Sponsor's reasonable decisions concerning administration, eligibility and verification are final, subject to applicable law. If one provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. These Rules form the complete terms of the Promotion together with mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
