This page covers who runs 6 Insider, what we publish and under what basis, and the fastest route to having something removed. If you are here because you own something we have used, skip to takedown requests. We will not make you fight for it.

Independence and trademarks
6 Insider is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any of their subsidiaries.
Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games and all related names, marks and logos are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and its affiliates. They are used here only to identify the game we report on, which is nominative use, and no claim is made to them.
Screenshots and press material
Screenshots, key art and trailer stills on this site are the property of Rockstar Games. They are published here for news reporting, criticism and commentary, credited on use, and sourced from material Rockstar has released publicly, including its own press packs.
We do not host or distribute leaked material. Content from the 2022 breach does not appear on this site and requests to publish it are declined.
Other people's work
Where a community project, outlet or individual has done work we refer to, we link to it and name them rather than reproducing it. We do not republish other sites' compiled databases, rewritten or otherwise. If you think we have got that wrong somewhere, tell us and we will fix it.
Takedown requests
If you own rights to something published here and want it removed, email legal@6insider.com. You do not need a lawyer, a form or a formal notice. A link and a sentence is enough.
To make it fast, please include:
- The URL of the page, and which item on it you mean
- What the material is and why the rights are yours
- Whether you want it removed, credited differently, or licensed
- A contact address we can reply to
We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to act within five. If the claim is clear we will simply remove the material first and discuss it afterwards. Removal is not an admission of anything, it is just the polite order to do things in.
Not every request needs a removal. If you would rather have a credit, a link or a different image used, say so and we will do that instead.
Corrections and complaints
Factual corrections go to hello@6insider.com. We fix errors on the page rather than quietly, and say what changed. Our standards for labelling confirmed, reported and rumoured information are set out on the about page.
Data protection
RNG Media S.L. is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. What is collected, why, and how to opt out of advertising cookies is set out in the privacy policy. Data protection enquiries can go to legal@6insider.com.
Advertising and affiliate links
This site carries display advertising. Some links to retailers are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy something after clicking one. It never changes the price you pay.
Affiliate links are labelled where they appear, and no advertiser or retailer has any input into what we cover or what we say about it. Nothing here is sponsored, and if that ever changes it will be stated at the top of the piece.
RNG Media S.L. is a company incorporated in Spain. Its registration number and registered office are held on the public record at the Registro Mercantil and are available on request from legal@6insider.com, which is monitored and which reaches the publisher directly. We answer takedown and data protection requests at that address and do not require anybody to write to us on paper first.
