The Vapid Ganado arrives as a retro build with exclusive modifications, parked at Jason's safehouse as part of the Ultimate Edition.

What it actually is

The shot shows a coupe utility: a car from the windscreen forward and a pickup bed behind, in a yellow and orange striped seventies livery with a bonnet scoop and chrome bumpers.

That body style is a specific and slightly odd piece of Americana. It was never quite a truck and never quite a car, sold to people who wanted one vehicle to do both jobs, and it survives today almost entirely as a restoration object.

Putting one at Jason's place is good character writing. It is exactly the vehicle a man living rent-free on somebody else's boat yard would end up driving: useful, cheap to keep running, and old enough that nobody asks about it.

Vapid

Vapid is Rockstar's Ford analogue, which puts the Ganado in the Ranchero lineage rather than the Chevrolet El Camino one, though the two were direct rivals and are close to interchangeable at a glance.

What is not known

Rockstar has not detailed what the exclusive modifications are, and has not said whether a standard Ganado appears in the base game.
