Weapons
Guns, gear and what the footage shows about them.
There is no official weapon list and there will not be one before release, so this section is deliberately short on model names. A silhouette in a trailer is not an identification, and a great deal of confident writing about this game's arsenal traces back to four frames of footage.
What is genuinely knowable right now is systemic rather than cosmetic. The weapon wheel has a carry limit, larger weapons live in your vehicle, and one screenshot shows a pistol with tape around the grip and a sticker on the body, which would be the first time in this series that a gun has looked used.
Those changes matter more than knowing which rifle is which, because they connect directly to the police system. Your weapon is now a piece of evidence that can be matched against you, which makes carrying it, dumping it and replacing it into decisions with a cost.

Weapon condition
Tape around the grip, a sticker on the body and scuffing on the slide. Guns in this series have never looked used before.

The weapon wheel and vehicle storage
You cannot carry an armoury any more. A sidearm is what fits on you. Anything bigger travels in the car.

Weapons shown so far
Rockstar has published no weapon list. What exists is what people have identified in trailers, screenshots and the Extended Look.

Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers
A matched pair with palm-tree etched grips and a scope, and Rockstar says they come from the Vercetti Estate.

Jason's Girardi ES9 and Lucia's Klose K17
Both leads get a named, personally engraved sidearm. The naming tells you more than the engraving does.
