Regions, towns and how they connect.
Rockstar has not released a map of Leonida and is unlikely to before launch. What exists is six confirmed regions and a scale comparison given during previews: the state is roughly three times the size of the Red Dead Redemption 2 world, with Vice City alone around twice Los Santos.
Handle the headline figure carefully. Red Dead's world was deliberately empty, because it was a game about travel time on a horse. Tripling that area in a game with cars does not triple what is in it. The Vice City comparison is the more useful number, because dense city space is the expensive kind to build and the kind players spend their hours inside.
Everything else comes from the community mapping effort, which has been triangulating the coastline from official footage since 2022. It is forensic work on published material rather than anything leaked, and we link to the projects doing it rather than reproducing their output.
